We went to Inspirations, a beautiful lunch and tea room, and when we left the girls were waiting in the parking lot overlooking a beautiful garden setting. I’ve always loved the photo I took, so I thought I would try and paint it.
I have been admiring artists of old and their paintings of women long ago. Of course, the women were always wearing beautiful long flowing dresses…Carl Larsson, a famous Swedish artist, always painted his wife and daughters going about their everyday lives. So this is my theme for this month of paintings…paintings of women…We’ll see where it takes me…
