Down by the lake where I walk, someone has planted cactus. It blooms beautifully this time of year and I’m always talking about painting it…Today I remembered…

I did this on a small 4″ x 6″ panel, experimenting to hopefully someday do it on a very large canvas.

Those cactus (cacti?) must be beautiful. So is your painting! The colors really pop.

The correct term is probably cacti for plural…I’ll have to look that up. 🙂
