This painting took me a long time to finish. I posted way back in October 2021 that I was doing a remake of an older painting.

A couple of days ago I had a inquiry for one of my sunflower paintings.
This collector lives far away from here, and couldn’t remember exactly the painting she was interested in purchasing. My daughter just happened to be working at the gallery that day and sent me this picture to refresh her memory. Thought I would share it here and give you a peek into the gallery. 🙂

Thanks for following along on my art journey. My daughter has challenged me to paint all 30 days of September, while she does pottery. We’ll see how that goes. 🙂 I’m recovering from twisting my foot after clumsily falling down some stairs. It’s hard to rest, but maybe it will give me the umph I need to get back to painting.
